Benefit Program
Lassen Municipal Utility District offers many programs that are funded through our Public Benefits Program.
Energy Conservation Assitance Program: ECAP - provides rate assistance, with an emphasis on energy conservation, to low-income LMUD customers.
Residential Energy Efficiency Rebates - provides rebates to LMUD customers on a variety of EnergyStar Appliances, energy efficient Marathon electric water heaters and energy efficient air source and ground source heat pumps.
SmartBuilt Home Program - provides incentives to home owners or contractors to build energy efficienct homes or to retro-fit existing homes.
Coming Soon - Commercial lighting rebates, energy audits for small business customers and the SmartBuilt Manufactured Home Program.
