LMUD
requires an Application
for Service be completed on every request
for a street or area light. A Plot
Plan indicating the location and
direction of the light should accompany your request.
The
fixtures, wiring and poles are provided and installed
by LMUD. Number
of lights, length of wiring and the number of poles
installed determine the initial installation costs.
After the installation, a flat fee for the lights
will be added to your regular monthly bill.
It
is very important that you plan ahead for your request. During peak building season, please plan on
4 to 6 weeks from the time an application is received
in our office to the time the design is completed and
information is provided to you. Actual construction of your project is scheduled
after this time.
