View/Pay Your Bill

Lassen MUD’s SmartHub allows you to pay your bill by using Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, or eCheck. Our Quick Pay option allows you to quickly pay your account without registering. SmartHub also allows you to view your current or past bills, check hourly, daily and monthly usage and control your account settings. If you’re new to SmartHub you will need your most recent Lassen MUD statement with your current account information to register. We are excited to announce the release of LMUD’s new SmartHub Customer Account/Payment Center.

You will be required to register a new User ID and Password the first time you visit.



Lassen MUD offers our customers these free payment options:

A payment that is subsequently rejected will be subject to all applicable fees and penalties.
Accounts disconnected for nonpayment may be paid by credit card, however, if payment is subsequently rejected the account will be disconnected without notice. The account will not be reconnected until all charges are paid in full by cash.
Payments for line extensions, new service construction and other non-utility bill related charges may be paid in person at the LMUD business office.
