Emergency Energy Assistance for those affected by COVID-19:

In order to alleviate some of the financial burden caused by the current pandemic, LMUD has allocated funds to help customers who have suffered a decrease in wages due to circumstances caused by COVID-19 response. The program offers financial assistance to households whose income has been decreased by at least 30% on or after March 25, 2020 due to lay-offs, reduction in working hours and business closures.
