Lassen Municipal Utility District (LMUD) and the City of Susanville have joined forces to bring our community a fast and easy way to report damaged or nonfunctional streetlights.
If you see a damaged streetlight in your neighborhood, open the city’s Click and Fix app and navigate to “New Request” at the bottom of the page. Click on the button and open your camera to add a photo of the light. Type in the location and then scroll to the bottom of the category screen and choose “LMUD – Street Light.” From there, you’ll be prompted to describe the issue or concern with the light. Hit submit, and you’re done.
The city and LMUD will work together to resolve the issue. Once the light is repaired, you’ll be notified via email or text. It’s that easy. For more information, you can check our page LMUD and the City of Susanville presents Light up the Night!
