Participation Requirements: (Please indicate that you have read and accept these requirements by checking each box)

Applicant must be at least a senior in high school by the fall of 2023.

Applicant must be enrolled in, or planning to enroll in, an accredited educational or training institution.

Applicant or applicants guardian must receive electric service from LMUD at their primary residence.

Funds are paid directly to the educational institution. Money will not be paid directly to recipient.

Students must have at least a 3.0 GPA and be in good standing.

Applicants cannot be a member of the immediate family of an employee, director, or manager of LMUD.
