Bill Print Error

(September 25, 2023) As a result of a software programming error, some Lassen MUD customers may have received bills with incorrect billing information.

The information listed on the front page of the bills that were sent out on 9/25/23, is correct, however, the back page of the bills may show an erroneous disconnect notice and an incorrect past-due amount.

This error only affected the printing of the bills and will in no way impact a customer's payment history with LMUD or overall credit rating with national credit reporting bureaus. Please be aware that if your account is truly past due, this error does not extend disconnection or payments due.
